Designing for Scale in the UK's Biggest Cybersecurity Event
Immersive needed a booth that could hold its own at InfoSec 2026, one of the UK's largest cybersecurity events, where dozens of brands with significant budgets compete for the same attention on a crowded show floor. We were briefed to design the booth in full, producing all print-ready files for a large format build designed to stand out at scale.
From concept through to production, every decision was made with the exhibition environment in mind, balancing bold visual impact with the clarity needed to communicate quickly to attendees moving fast through a busy hall. The result was a stand built to command attention and reflect the strength of the Immersive brand in person.
Standing Out in a Room Full of Competing Stands
InfoSec is a loud, competitive environment, and we knew the difference between a stand that disappears into the noise and one that stops people rarely comes down to budget. It comes down to clarity, distinctiveness and the confidence to make a bold decision rather than trying to say everything at once.
Designing at this scale also brings its own technical challenges, with elements that read clearly on screen needing to hold up printed and stretched across a booth several metres tall. We approached the brief with that in mind, producing a design that translated faithfully from file to floor, and one we were able to see perform first hand on the day.
